Anything we cannot fully assess until work is underway — what a slab leak turns out to be once it is located, for example — is listed as a condition you approve before it is done, not added to an invoice afterward. Who is doing the work

It is also why the license number appears on this page and on every page of this site — a plumber who will not show you a license number is telling you something.
